3D Self Defense was founded by Grandmaster Anthony Bledsoe in 2016. His goal was to design a space for transformation where each student's martial arts journey would be supported by expert instructors, high-quality technique, and an uplifting community. Whether you're new to martial arts or an experienced athlete, our school is your partner in building a healthier you, mentally and physically.
